Baked Beens highlighted the history of bakeries in the Georges River area, including their buildings and services, from the late-19th through to the mid-20th century.

Through historic photographs, this exhibition told the story of the workers, families, and business owners whose labor, loaves, and love of baking made this local industry so successful.
