We have a range of payments that can be made online. Please select the relevant payment information you wish to access below.

Note: Personal cheques can only be used for paying your Rates Notice. 

  • Pay my Application fees

    You will need - Quote ID (QuoteXX/XXXX) or Application Reference number issued by Council (e.g. TA2023/XXXX, APP2023/XXXX). 

    Pay via Visa / Mastercard / AMEX (fee applies)

    To reduce the risk of fraud, note the following security restrictions (card will error).

    Payment not accepted from the following sources:

    • Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection. 
    • Overseas-issued cards. 
    • Overseas computer / overseas IP address.


    Surcharges apply - Visa/Mastercard 0.45%, American Express 1.4%. 

    Pay Application Fee online or phone 1300 323 269.
     

    Pay in person at Australia Post or our Customer Service Centre 

    • Using EFTPOS, cash, or bank/company cheque (Personal cheques not accepted for Application fees).

    • ​Remember to write your Quote ID or Application Reference number on the back of the cheque.

  • Pay my Development fees

    The below information is only for initial fees for your DA, MOD or Review Applications. (For other fees, refer to Pay Application fees).

    • You must first lodge your Planning Application in the NSW Planning Portal (note payment cannot be made before application lodgement).

    • Once your application has been accepted, Council will upload the invoice onto the Portal.

    • Instructions on how to pay the fees are included on the invoice, which can be found in the Documents tab in the Portal.

  • Order a Section 603 certificate

    A Section 603 Certificate states all outstanding rates, charges and debts payable to Council for a property.

    Solicitors, real estate agents and members of the public who are buying a property can order a Section 603 certificate to check the rates status of a residential or business address.

    • Fee applies as per Council's current Schedule of Fees and Charges

    • Additional urgency fee applies for requests requiring turnaround within 24 hours.

Having financial difficulties paying on time?

If you find yourself in financial difficulty and don't believe you can meet your upcoming Rates Notice or invoice payment by the due date, apply for one of Council's flexible payment options. Apply before the due date to avoid additional interest or late fees.
