Assessment Timeline
Council requires 12 weeks notice to assess an Event Application or 16 weeks notice if your event involves road closures. Applications that are submitted with less than the required notice may be rejected.
Events that require road closures take longer to assess as the closure/s and traffic management plan need to be approved by the Traffic Committee, whose meetings are held monthly.
