Unauthorised use of public land


Council’s Rangers undertake regular patrols of public areas to ensure that such areas as foot paths, parks and other public areas are not being used to store articles or used for commercial purposes without approval.


Recent changes to planning legislation has provided Council’s in NSW with the ability to regulate advertising trailers and issue penalty notices.
