Living Abodes - Margaret Lyons (Council Led Exhibition)
Hurstville Museum & Gallery.
16/11/2024 - 19/01/2025
Living Abodes presents a series of domestic moments which speak of warmth and connection in daily life. Margaret strives to elevate the purpose of our homes through scenes of bodies and ornaments bathed in glowing light.
Today the home is often a place for isolation and digital escape; yet, these beautiful and intimate settings portray a domesticity which holds us in the present moment, fosters relationships, and revitalises the spirit.
