SOLD OUT - Hand Drawing Glass Workshop (Council Led Event)
06/12/2024 - Hurstville Museum & Gallery.
This event is sold out. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please contact Hurstville Museum & Gallery.
Be inspired by the Makers & Manufacturers exhibition and learn the technique of hand-drawing on glass. At the end of this workshop, you will take home your very own decorated 280ml glass!
Hand-drawn glass cups involve using glass as a canvas and special paints to create artwork. The patterns painted with these special paints not only have long-lasting colour durability but are also easy to clean for everyday use. Hand-drawn glass cups are safe, personalised, and allow individuals to showcase their creativity.
This program is part of the Makers & Manufacturers exhibition which will run until 11 May 2025. In the exhibition we will have some amazing glass advertising slides from the early 1920s!
