In accordance with the requirements of Section 34 of the Local Government Act, 1993 public notice of a resolution dated 27 May 2024 to classify Lot 19 and 20 in DP 4817 as ‘Operational Land’ is hereby given.

A plan identifying the above property will be on display at 23 Cook Street, Mortdale for a period of 28 days from the publication of this Notice.

Submissions in respect of the proposal will be accepted by Council until 5.00pm, Wednesday 10 July 2024.
