In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993, notice is given of Council’s intention to grant a Licence over Crown Land reserve subject to the following terms and conditions:

Land: 79 Coleridge Street, Riverwood as Part Lot A Deposited Plan 325838
Use: Riverwood Park Amenities Block Storeroom
Licensee: Oatley Rugby and Sporting Club Inc
Term: 1 Year

Submissions to the proposal must be made in writing and addressed to the General Manager, Georges River Council via email: mail@georgesriver.nsw.gov.au and must be received by Council no later than Thursday 4 July 2024.
