To ensure that you have all the information necessary to submit your development application, we have a matrix checklist for different types of development. The checklist sets out the minimum and any additional requirements for a development application.

You should read the relevant checklist carefully and submit it with your application. If your proposal involves two or more development types such as a dwelling house and a swimming pool, you will need to submit all information required from both.

Incomplete applications will not be accepted and will be returned to you. These will include notations on your checklist of any plans and documents that have not been provided. If your application is ready to be accepted, you will be allocated a development application number and a receipt for your fees.
