Driver Distraction
Anything that takes your mind or eyes off the road can put your safety and everyone else on the road in danger. This includes taking your hands off the wheel while driving which is not only dangerous for you but everyone on the road as well. Driving while distracted increases your chance of having a crash and it slows down your reaction time.
One of the biggest distractions found when travelling along the road is mobile phones. It is illegal to use your mobile phone while driving.
