To use the Online Booking system for the first time you need to Register an account. Council will verify your account and provide an email to confirm once it's active.

• Click Register button.

• Click Register with your Email and enter a valid Email address.

• Select your Account type and enter details to create your account.

• Click Create Account.

If you are registering as part of an organisation  you only need to register the Organisation once. Then add other users via My Accounts function.

To access the Online Booking System click the Login button and enter your registered email address and password.

If you forget your password click the Forgot my Password button and the system will prompt you to set a new password. 

Use the Online Booking System to check if a park or sports field is available to hire prior to placing a booking

• Login and select the park or sports field venue you wish to hire.

• Enter the booking date and time required, or scroll across the timeline to check available times.
